If you finish with your weight on your back foot at the end of the swing then this tip is for you. Most people shift their pelvis too far to the right on the backswing and not enough toward the target on the downswing. Your pelvis should shift less than an inch toward the back foot on the backswing and move from 3 to 5 inches toward the target to start the downswing. This is what shifts the weight to the left foot. You will see your power increase and your fat and thin shots reduced. However, if you do not do this wrong then there is some other reason for your inconsistency.
